Botanical artist Kelsey Wilson will discuss her project “Lost in the Weeds”,  which documents invasive plants of the Midwest through detailed watercolor paintings, aiming to “bridge the gap between art and science” so that people can “get closer to our enemy” and recognize both the aesthetic appeal and the ecological risk of these species.
