Zoom Host
For Beyond the Brush, the zoom host zoom opens the meeting and managing the host controls to assure a good session for live participants and a quality recording. This generally involves making sure everyone is muted, spotlighting the speakers and starting/stopping the recording.
Website Updates
For website updates the main work is keeping the event calendar and blog updated. We use Squarespace to host the website and these basic updates are pretty user friendly. Our program schedule is usually known well in advance so the work often involves updating event descriptions and artwork as we get closer to the event.
Event Registration
Work with the event manager to gather the information required to create a registration page on the website for workshops and the NESBA retreat. This includes program description, images, number of slots and sales price. The work involves pasting information into templated product pages. Payment methods are connected as part of the template.
