Fall Exhibit for NESBA Members
“Abundance”
September 9 - October 21, 2026
The Massachusetts Horticultural Society invites NESBA members to submit one or two paintings for an exhibit that will be on display September 9 - October 21, 2026 in the lobby of the Education Building at the Garden at Elm Bank, Wellesley MA. Submissions are on a first come, first serve basis due to limited display space.
The exhibit will be on display during the 140th New England Flower Show September 18-20 which draws thousands of visitors to the Garden at Elm Bank.
The theme for the exhibit is "Abundance" and will focus on fruits and vegetables and the plants that produce them. Your artwork can focus on any aspect of the harvest. The subject plant must be the prominent feature of the work and be scientifically accurate. Insects or other animals may be shown, particularly if they pertain in a significant way to the plant’s life cycle but the focus of the work must be botanical. All plant parts need not be shown, however what is shown should be botanically accurate.
All work must be framed and packaged according to NESBA guidelines. Please this review this short video and adhere to these guidelines.
